How does it work?
Start date: Monday 27th May (Late May Bank Holiday)
End date: Saturday 8th July
On the late May bank holiday I will run an induction Zoom session to introduce everyone to the programme.
You will then be added to my online training app where you will be able to follow along and track the following tasks:
WODs (workout of the day).
Nutrition (calories & macros).
Daily habits (based around the 5 pillars of health).
Completing these daily tasks will give you 1 point each. The person with the most points at the end of the challenge will win an incredible prize!
There will also be weekly live Q+A sessions, covering topics such as movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management and mindset. It will also be a great opportunity to connect with other members of the challenge.
